... it rained today allowing me to wear my skull rain boots for the first time.
... for cupcakes.
... the weather decided to calm down. 42 degrees is much nicer than 34 degrees.
... that Claire made me a mustache pin that seems to be quite the conversation piece.
... I was able to get in and out of Toys R Us in Time Square in less than 15 minutes.
... I get to come home to Texas in 24 days.
... for my Tennessee Granddaddy turning 91 this week, still laughing, still goofy, and still walking at least 2 miles a day. And for Farm Grandmother who celebrated her birthday a few days ago. Definitely still alive and kickin' and driving the family nuts, in a good way.
... for the Subway man that wore tap shoes while holding his cat carrier because it made me giggle giggle.
... the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade runs right by my apartment.
... for a weekend probably full of slumber parties, movie watching, and lots of eating.
... for those of you who continue to read my blog despite the very uninteresting posts.
And I most thankful for my family, who has yet to forget about me.
